EDIT: 12.4.22 Carol has illegally recorded me (without my consent, saying she can do that because shes a secruity company) on the phone while discussing the issues and has come up with numerous excuses to what's wrong with the door and why she hasn't contacted us for 6 months, absolute terrible service, 42 years she has been in the business and this is the service she provides. Would never recommend her to anyone, worst service.EDIT: it is now the 12th of February and no contact has been made to fix the issue still.Screen door was installed in august 2021, we had issues with screen door not closing probably in September 2021 they were quick relatively quick to come and check the door and fix it then at the end of November 2021 the screen door had another closing issue and it also wouldn't lock, have reached out numerous times with photos of the issue attached to try and diagnose the problem but still no response with one reply saying they had moved warehouses, we will get there next week that was the second week of December 2021,  my fiancee then called last week to chase it up as I wasn't getting a response then was told they would come out by the end of next week, still no one has come to fix the door.
