The whole process has been basically stress-free (except for us trying to make decisions) from the time you and John came to give us a quote right through to the end result.Thank you for all the time you spent with us at your showroom/office – nothing was a bother and your knowledge and advice was invaluable. The installation with John went so smoothly and again we were very impressed John’s workmanship as well as the high quality of the cabinetry.The electrical and plumbing work all fell into place and Adrian could not have been more helpful or obliging, especially as a few extra plumbing jobs were added on.George, thank you once again for our beautiful new kitchen – we are absolutely thrilled and could not be happier. We will highly recommend you and your team to family and friends.

We had a great experience designing and constructing our new kitchen with Papallo. We installed a large high-end kitchen and butlers in our renovation. George and John could not have been more helpful and friendly. We chose Papallo Kitchens to renovate our bathroom and we have been very impressed with every aspect of the process. George and John came to look at the existing bathroom, then came back with Edwin the builder to verify the existence (or not) of load-bearing walls - which is more than I can say of some other companies we considered.The complete job took about six weeks, but we had a toilet after three and a half (we have only one bathroom). We chose patterned tiles for the floor and the painstaking work by Phuong and his tiling team has produced a fabulous result.Edwin was a very hands-on builder: he was on-site every day that something was happening and was always checking the tradesmen's work. Any problems were solved quickly, efficiently and without fuss.We are glad that we chose a local company where we dealt with the same two people all the time, and we would highly recommend the Papallo brothers.

Thanks to George and John we have achieved the best kitchen we have ever had!I came across Papallo on Google search and was intrigued to visit them after reviewing all their positive reviews online - so many people were happy with their kitchens. I went into the showroom on a late Friday afternoon, just before closing and George welcomed me into his planning room and was happy to listen to my ideas and what we wanted to achieve rather than asking me to come back another time/day. This spoke volumes about his values and customer service!The entire design process was effortless. All my ideas were welcomed with constructive input and considerations and he thought about all the tiny details I wouldn't have even thought about. I was so confident in his knowledge, design capability, technical expertise - that I had no doubts about the quality of the job, I was simply ecstatic about seeing the final product.The construction phase was just as effortless. Everything was delivered on time as scheduled, all the trades were an absolute pleasure to work with and master's in their professions. John was an absolute superstar, with his attention to detail at the mm level. He took his time to execute and the finish is simply flawless - our expectations were exceeded! All the poly panels are flawless, nothing was too much trouble and the small problem with the soft close bin was resolved on their own account - I didn't even notice initially. Now that is what you call exceptional service with a company that is proud of what it does and has a true passion for the final outcome.We have done 3 kitchen renovations to date and this one has to be by far the best experience ever!! If you are renovating a kitchen, don't worry about wasting your time looking anywhere else. George and John are your team hands down, no questions asked!George and John - you are absolute superstars and I will certainly be calling upon you if we ever need to do any further renovations / cabinetry work!
