This review relates to the companies inability to respond and discuss issues of concerns raised in the after service. I am of belief there is a change in management, a change for the worse unfortunately. The generator is great and up to receipt and commissioning was a 5 star, but won't recommend this company due to its lack of customer after care service.Ron

I purchased a 20kva generator from this company. The service during the purchase process, and now the after sales service, has been nothing but outstanding. They know their product, they have different specs to suit a budget. Have a talk with them.
