My pup has had issues with aggression towards groomers previously and as a result was well overdue for a groom in between vet visits and my stressing about taking him back to a groomer. I needn't have been so stressed given the experience and professionalism of the staff at Puppy Love - they took as much time as was needed to ensure he was as settled as could be prior to and during grooming and truly prioritised the wellbeing of my pup. I am beyond grateful for the care and attention they showed my pup and would highly recommend them to others.

Puppy love are amazing! Highly recommend them. I've taken my doggie there twice and both times they've done an amazing job, I always come back to a happy puppy, you can tell they really give them love and care. Will definitely be my regular groomers from now on!

AVOID THIS PLACE. They butchered my miniature poodle, shaving his fur down to the skin, causing irritation and bleeding. They are unprofessional, unreliable and bad-mannered. They lied to me so I would not take my dog home after he had been there for 5 hours. I found out later that they had 42 dogs there on the day we took our dog in! See the picture below of what they did to my poor dog. He was traumatised by this place. IGNORE previous positive reviews, as they were apparently reviews when the place was under different management.

Little Percy absolutely loves heading to Puppy Love for a wash and groom! He recognises the staff as we walk in and always comes home smelling great and looking dapper. It's a great place for your dog to socialise with others and have their own little day out! Highly recommended :)

I've been bringing my dog here for grooming and I am very happy with the result. Staff are always friendly and very easy to deal with. I provided photos of how I wanted my dog groomed and they did a great job. The prices are very competitive and they're always giving my pup lots of extra love until I return for pick up.

my family dog Mr Chips who is a labradoodle, went here, on the 17th of October 2020. it was his first ever hair cute and the transformation was incredible, he looked adorable and so different afterwards, I definitely recommend.

The team at Puppy Love are amazing - gorgeous to dogs and kind to humans. Not only do they groom and clean up my bedraggled pooch but they were gentle and loving to my Dad's dog in his last days and warm and patient with his new mischievous pup. Covid closures were tough on everyone and Puppy Love added to their community mindedness to look after people in need. Couldn't recommend more highly!

My dog had a nightmare of an experience at this place, wrong cut, which they admitted to and later denied. My dog is a gentle boy and he literally wanted to bolt out their door. It doesn't matter what you say to these girls, they will forever blame the owners and come up with continued excuses. Read all the 1 star reviews on this place, it will give you a picture of what their customer service is. They are not dog lovers, they are money fed, greedy, lying, opportunists. Can't wait to read their response to this review.

We had such an amazing experience with Puppy Love! After almost a year of not being clipped due to COVid and not being able to get into any groomers. Puppy Love put us on their cancellation list and gave us a few times to come. We were able to be fit in by Puppy Love. Coco was very matted, skin irritations when I brought him in, puppy love showed so much care and respect and understood our circumstances. We came back 3 hours later and Coco looked amazing! He looked so happy and we could tell he was looked after very well.
