Sam was our trainer and did an excellent job. She was thorough and did not waste time but also made sure we all understood and were competent - no short cuts! Learnt new information and refreshed what we already knew. We will be back next year.

We organised a practice CPR refresher course with Tania via emails. Tania was really helpful and gave clear instruction via email to ensure the day ran smoothly. Andrew was our practice CPR assessor on the day. He was very efficient, happily answered any question we had and corrected us where needed with an explanation of why. All these steps ensured our practice can successful administer CPR in an emergency situation.
