Arranged for Rod Higgins to represent a Mentally Disabled person, on the day of the hearing, the court refused the disabled person access to his pre-arranged lawyer, Rod Higgins.When the Disabled person phoned up from within the court house, Legal aid apologised and said they would phone him and make him see the person right away.Rod Higgins never appeared, and the disabled person had to go through court with no legal representation.Absolutely pathetic.
