Having to sell a family home is stressful at the best of times however selling due to a parents illness and getting a fair price to pay for the best care available is doubly so. From start to finish Dean was empathetic, professional, ethical and genuinely engaged in our journey. His advice and the strategy he deployed was not only successful and quick, but fair too for the purchaser which was also a family consideration. This is the second property Peter has sold for us and he has again made the whole selling process less stressful and more successful for us from start to finish. His extensive knowledge of the area, his years of experience , his professionalism, honest communications, all make him the best in his field.And not only is Peter all this, but he's also a lovely guy. Honest, kind, helpful and we loved the fact he was genuinely enthusiastic in helping us sell our property. Have to update my review. The wheels have fallen off in the past 8 months. 2 property managers have left. At the end of tenancy i'm left with costs that should have been recovered from the tenants. Also garden and fire service agreements were not terminated at the end of the term meaning i incurred these costs as well.previous review in early 2021Naaman was great. He was responsive and knew the market rate that we could achieve with our first investment property in Launceston. Very quick and efficient - i didnt have to chase him up for anything. It's early days but so far very happy.

This was my first experience at renting out a property and Naaman has been amazing. He has been a great communicator and took time to explain how the process works and answer all of my questions. He understood what I was I was looking for and has helped achieve this. We are only just starting out on our property management journey but I would highly recommend Naaman to anyone.

I rented my investment property through this agency. The tenant that was recommended to me did unsupervised works to my property that were never completed. When they left my property, it was left in a state of disrepair. What is unexplainable is that the bond on my property was returned to the tenant who damaged my property! In trying to contact the property manager a number of times, it was only then that I was told the property manager had moved on. I was advised to contact the director, which I did. He offered nothing, advising me to contact the property manager - who was already working for another agency, which the director knew, but maintained it was the property managers responsibility! I tried to explain that my property was signed with his agency and I was seeking his help to rectify the matter. He offered only the value of the bond, which would certainly not cover the cost of the damage. I explained that I was not looking for money. I simply wanted the damage repaired, which I hoped his agency could arrange, given the circumstances. When this was politely discussed, he withdrew that offer, gave me thirty days notice and told me to contact his lawyer! I was left in shock by the whole mismanagement of the situation. This situation smacks of a lack of integrity and professionalisim at best. Clearly the director of this organisation is in the real estate builsiness for money and nothing else. Happy to collect the fees, but don't expect adequate service for those fees.**Edit to enable a reply**One Agency Launceston (owner)19 minutes agoHi Karolyn, I notice its been 2 years since our last correspondence.I'd like to clarify in your review, you mentioned that the work conducted was 'un-approved'. However we have it on file, correspondence from yourself where you approved the tenant to undertake the work, as well as other jobs around the property. Some of the work was free of charge (the tenant was a tradesman) - the others you paid the tenant to complete the work, which was completed. We acknowledge and can confirm, unfortunately some of the work was incomplete at the time of his vacating. We can also confirm at the point where we ceased managing your property, the tenant had communicated to us that he would return to the property to complete the works, and that the hold up was his tools were interstate and he was having trouble getting them back to Tas due to covid restrictions.** All works I paid for were completed. All tasks the tenant requested they be permitted to do for the tenant's benefit, were left incomplete. Therefore, the property was damaged, and not in its pre-tenancy state****Still no reason offered as to how that tenant received their bond back****The management ceased" after I requested your help

Getting Naaman Fraser to manage my investment property was an amazing decision as he is extremely accommodating and helpful. Always willing to explain anything I don’t understand. He is easy to contact and he gets back to you within a reasonable time frame. Very friendly and funny too. 10/10 would recommend.

Naaman’s enthusiasm and knowledge of the rental market is pretty much what convinced us to put our house on the rental market.We were inspecting another One Agency house to buy, when Peter (the agent) asked if we had considered renting out our current home. Well we had considered it, but felt a little overwhelmed. Peter said he had a great new property manager he’d put us in contact with.Naaman explained the process thoroughly and was able to answer all our questions. He is personable, friendly and professional. Naaman puts a lot time and effort to make sure his properties and tenants are being looked after.We’re all busy people, so the fact that Naaman has been so flexible with his time and quickly answers any communication via phone, text, email or even social media has been extremely helpful.Our property rented extremely fast with many great applicants. We also found the process of buying our new property stress free and both Dean and Peter were very helpful and supportive through the whole process.We not only bought through One Agency but now also rent out our house through them. What a great team!
