I was charged a long consultation fee (and I paid it )even though I spent less time with the doctor then a normal consultation, when I called back to enquire I was told “that was because the doctor opened your file while you were waiting to see her in the waiting room” i spent less then 15 minutes with the doctor. How is that morally ok?
