I am staying at the Rydges Capitol Hill hotel. Bought two bouquets on two different days. $25 and $30 each. Different staff each time. I went today for a third time. New staff again. For a smaller bouquet they wanted to charge $30. No consistency. No clarity. Most disappointing. Jawad.
