This company installed our rainwater tanks and have serviced them for the last 5 years. Over this time we have had several issues which needed to be resolved, due to the complex nature of our system, the latest involving a warranty issue. The service people have been universally professional and delightful. The company went out of their way to honour our warranty even though the manufacturers warranty no longer covered the time period. I would definitely recommend them for after service care and customer service.

Fantastic service from site visit to quote and pricing was very competitive. When I went to pick up ordered stock I was disappointed with the pump cover as it was scratched and showed signs of age. I asked for a new one which was supplied but it would have been a 5 star review if that hadn’t happened

Very helpful and friendly staff. I walked into the shop just to have a chat about a job I had to complete. They were more than happy to give me there advice and had all my materials made up and ready by the end of that day. My customer was very happy with the product. Would highly recommend.

My experience with Eco was impeccable, from the lady on the phone to the tradie on site. I only had to wait couple weeks for the stormwater system to be installed and another 10 days for the water tank. Everything done as expected and without any issues. Definitely recommend!

From the first phone call inquiry, I was impressed with the level of knowledge and customer service provided. We had our new rainwater tank delivered on time as promised. The tips and advice provided at this time, for our own install were exceptional. Because the level of knowledge and advice was so good we not only purchased the pump but also engaged with Eco to also install it. And again we were very impressed with the workmanship and care taken. All round great local business.
