I was in here on the weekend. The girls were playing quite explicit music. When another customer complained the girl behind the counter snapped back and said that's the cd"... one lady and her teen daughter walked out the music was so vulgar. When the complaint was made one of the other girls put the actual CD back on but once she left they went back to their r18 music. It doesn't look good and clearly drove people out of the store."

The ladies were all very kind & hard working. I even tried moving clothes off & out of the change rooms to help them out. The music that was playing was very inappropriate, lots of curse words, the N word & explicit things.

Nice collection of tops and dresses. There was a sale going on for $15, $10 etc..Better to try and buy if in doubt because there is no exchange or refund available.

Great sale items but wouldn't accept cash for a jacket so I didn't buy it on principle. I could have used a card but cash is still legal tender

Wow I came into the store earlier today and the service I received was exceptional. The team was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable while shopping around. Didn’t realise it was a sales store, prices were fantastic!

Sale item was clearly marked $15.99 and there were many others also at the same price. It scanned as full price being $24.99. When I asked the lady about it she replied ‘it’s been marked down at the wrong price’ and began to remove the sticker. I told her that it isn’t right if something is advertised for a price then she changes the price upon purchase. Lady was very rude and then took about 25 minutes to process the refund. Ally Fashion has lost my business now.
