Artini Crash Repairs

Had a really great experience. The parts of my car that needed repairs were repaired to brand new. Any concerns I had were dealt with professionally. When I needed some extra parts organised, they were quick to help me out. Would use them again.

Artini Crash are terrific. Used them for crash work for decades. Booked in and work carried out professionally and car ready early. Wouldn't even know there had been damage. Car washed as well. Looked a treat. Reception are so friendly too. Highly recommend.

A very friendly bunch of people. They put my mind at ease after a branch fell on my roof and damaged it. They told me everything that needed fixing on the roof and even found a dent I hadn't. They were very quick considering the amount of damage to my car.

Extremely happy!! Sam was very patient in explaining the whole process over the phone and again in person. Most importantly the repair work was done perfectly, despite knowing exactly what was done and how the perl paint has been blended, I cannot see it!! Car was cleaned and the whole process was smooth and easy. I don't often leave reviews but felt compelled for this one. Cannot recommend them high enough.

I am disappointed with their service, very frustrating. Find alternative, or surely you will regret poor communication, quality of the job, negligence & carelessness, bad on-time performance. Just a few tips:if you expect, they will keep you updated, hahaha!! If your insurer approves the repair quote, you call them to book you in, they might take another week to call you back. If the job is small, you can expect to be booked in with sluggish priority!! They do detailing of the car as a GREAT will gesture....just see they did it!! Otherwise, they might end up doing front-passenger side only!! (See the photos, even made worse than before after all muddy boot steps- driver side). O remember!! They are super busy....do not schedule while your car still with them.Second time I took the car, they left more rubbish into the car. Surprisingly, even after mentioning the detailing condition of the car, they did nothing, rather I got a rubbish gift.Never going back again!!!
