Well it took six months to get the install done. Scaffolders? We have a high pitched roof. They all seemed to run from us or sought to scalp us financially. The final scaffold guy got it done - oh he scalped us somewhat(ouch) - but 6 months is 6 months - and we had to take it on the chin to get it done. Winter was on our doorstep. Got it in with one day to spare. We had bought the fireplace well in advance. Got a discount because of the timing of our purchase. That was nice. Had an installer in place from the outset - though did get tempted to look elsewhere. He seemed to run out of gas in helping us find a scaffolder. Yes scaffold? That was our major challenge. Jen though, at head office, went over and above her duty and helped us find our guy. Thanks Jen. Got it done! NOW WARM at last!!!!!

Staff great to deal with. Purchased wood burner to my specifications easily. Staff also have various contacts for contractors able to do installations, I used a contractor called Reece who was quick and professional.
