Very disappointing experience. The cushion I bought was on the manufacturers website for $70 cheaper (that’s $70). When I reached out to the store their response was to delete me. I want to support small business but now will always look online prior to buying anything…. buyer beware. My beautiful cushion has lost its appeal due to this not nice retail experience.In response to Housewarming’s reply: history has been rewritten with only one message received minutes after this review was posted. On that message I was chastised about the method in which I communicated the first (deleted) message via Instagram, therefore not making it a very nice environment for reaching out.My review stands…. it isn’t about getting a refund for the difference of the cushion it’s about how I was treated as a customer with ego and a lack of compassion until I wrote the above review.There are currently many Sage & Clare items that are part of their direct online Clearance that are in this store for full price… again buyer beware.
