Incredable Tip Shop

Great Facility and well organised with vast array of products HOWEVER their goods' costs are ridiculously inflated, exorbitant and inappropriately expensive! I have heard of people bartering as a results but I find it morally odd to barter when you're at a Tip shop. This store could be SO MUCH BETTER if they had ridiculously cheap prices. You'll have increased cash flow, more customers and promote the benefits of recycling and restoring old products to the Mackay Community. It's sad to see such large amount of great products rotting away in the humidity weather when they could be easily fixed as a hobby or side project and put for good use! I do recognise the costs of running this non-for-profit service and admire their employment opportunities for the public. However, the Incredable Shop are not maximising their potential due to their pennywise, pound foolish attitude. As a result they are shooting themselves in the foot.

My visit today ( and I come often) was very disappointing, they seem to be very money hungry, and have no idea of prices. One tell you one price and the other , another. Hard to find help. Don't think I will bother any more ,I drive 100Km, to come and used to enjoy it. Get your act together.

Bought here and it didn’t work. Rang store and they said not refundable. I experienced rude response. I used to shop here a lot and now I won’t even come back. Especially when I used to donate to this place. Management here is your feedback. Phone manner was terrible.

This is where customer service goes to die. Plus all the kids toys are out in the sun! Maybe move it undercover and the empty alcohol bottles and broken chairs into the sun? Can't believe the ridiculous prices on some items, I dont know who does the pricing but maybe google the item brand new before you try to charge close to the same price for a dump item. Never been before and wont go again, stick to Facebook marketplace.

I think the Incredable tip shop have lost the plot. They are asking ridiculous prices for all the worn out/broken items that they have saved from being thrown in the dump. The last price I was quoted for a piece of broken equipment was just an insult. In the past they have been reasonable and I have bought some things but not any more. I won't be going there again.

More like Incredible rip off. Unrealistic prices for Tash that was aimed for the bin. I tried to buy a car jack with no oil, a broken wheel and missing pump handle. They wanted $40 with no negotiation. A brand new similar carjack with 2 jack stands is $100-$150. I thought the point of this shop was to re-sell, re-use and recycle at cheap prices to give items another life? Don't waste your time. Cheaper prices at thrift shops.

I needed a heater - there were no new heaters to be brought in town. The heaters were all sold out because the winter weather was unusually cold. The Incredible Tip Shop had several to choose from - all at a great price.
