Expensive, and pricing is inconsistent. Went in a week ago, and the same item literally tripled in price. Used to come here all the time. Place has gone down hill. New management apparently. Won’t be coming back.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I purchased a few balloons with a feature piece for my partners 30th which was wrapped up in a garbage bag for transportation. I was happy with it until I opened the bag to set up for the birthday, which the feature piece detached and flew up into a high ceiling roof. They sticky taped the feature piece to the string of other balloons… not sure if sticky tape is durable to hold that much weight!!! We called up the store and requested to speak to the manager who accused us of lying. We insisted to send photo evidence which the manager refused. Will never be back here again!

Honestly just had the worse experience at this shop. I had selected a click and collect for an online order to make the shop quick and Easy. I called to check snd they said they didn’t do that on weekends. From what I can see there is no information about that on the website. The manager said he would give me a refund. So I go into the store and grab the items and a few more things and when I get to the checkout they said they did get someone to get the items. So I wasted my time in the store trying to find all purchases I had ordered. I waiting for along time when apparently the purchase was read the whole time. I was in the store almost an hour with my husband and toddler waiting in the car, all from what was suppose to be a quick experience. Honestly the whole experience was a joke and I won’t be shopping here again.

I can't get over the prices here! The shelves are always fully stocked. They offer helium balloon services too (really cheap)

You should tell employee's to treat the customers with more respect and kindness, one of them today was so rude to me and my partner just cause we open the wig package to look inside and she had a whole attitude about it, theres nicer ways she could of approach us but instead she wants to yell across the room and embarrass us, like this is the first and last time we're ever coming back. Like i'm sorry you hate your job and that your insecure about your obese body, doesn't mean you have to take your anger out on your customer, you should probably take lessons on how to treat others" from the young indian employee at the register who was way more polite and actually helped us. We ended up leaving early and empty handed cause we were so put off by her stink attitude towards us

Great Customer Service. Lovely Staff was patient to help me choose the balloons for the party.

Their customer service is exceptional and they were very kind and resent an item for me (I had an online order), which arrived in plenty of time for my daughter's birthday. I plan to buy more of my party supplies from these wonderful people.

We stood in line with about 7 items, with one other person in front of us being served. The cashier serving the lady in front of us walked away to help her with something, while another cashier was leaning on the bench we stood there for about 5 minutes before i had to ask if she was serving! We received little to no customer service and left disappointed.
