In short very happy...I recently re-levelled my back yard and was looking for a contractor to urgently supply+install new turf. I google searched and found TURF DOWN and visited their website for previous job history / reviews. I called Matt to discuss what I wanted and he was able to supply great advice and a rough price over the phone. Matt was able to come out for a measure / quote that afternoon and booked in the job to be installed within a few days due to giving turf supplier notice and was flexible with my personal situation.Once turf arrived Matt and his crew started laying and realised there was as issue with some of the turf that was delivered. Full credit to Matt as he called me straight away to notify me that some of the turf was infected with weeds and apologised for the inconvenience. He had to remove all the turf that was already installed (at his own cost) and organised another delivery for the next day. This gave me full confidence that Matt was there to do a good job as he cares about the long term outcome of his work...I wouldn't have the same confidence in other contractors as he could have just as easily continued to lay the original turf that was full of weeds.After new turf delivery arrived all went well and looks amazing!! Matt left me with lots of advise for caring for new lawn. The only negative I can think of is a little bit of dirt was left on the driveway from the delivery which I had to hose off.All in all very happy and would defiantly recommend Matt - Turfdown

They answered my messages over the weekend and were onsite within a couple of days, turf arrived exactly when they communicated, The whole process was nice and easy...i wouldn't consider using anyone else or even laying turf again myself as they have great buying power which saved me alot of work and $$ Top Blokes !!!!
