Worst real estate agent I have ever dealt with in over 30 years. So slow to respond and extremely rude and unprofessional. After final inspection and saying everything was fine, after following up to find out what was happening with the bond, came back 2 weeks later with a couple of small spots on the carpet and sent an invoice for $350!! The spots" had been caused by sun bleaching and poor quality of the carpet. They were so small they were missed on the original condition report

For five years, the team at West End Real Estate have been a constant source of support for me as a first-time investor and landlord. I couldn't have done this so easily without their expertise and guidance. VERY highly recommend Gina and the team.

Marie and the team at West End are great. For sure one of the best, if not the best real estate agency in Geelong, judging by my experience.Marie has been quick to respond and professional since I moved in. She's provided everything I needed and more. Marie helped literally instantly, whenever needed. For the most part I generally got reply emails back literally within minutes. The agency is a modern company and are quick and efficient with emails and any possible questions and issues. I even get text messages for bin reminders!The property manager constantly maintains the property. Since I've moved into the property, it has been freshly repainted, stairs repaired, fences replaced. The gardens and lawns are maintained at a high standard. The interior of the apartment is professionally cleaned every week or so. The property manager makes sure the complex is quiet and safe.I honestly cannot recommend more. Marie takes pride in her work and any employer would be lucky to have her. Will definitely come here first next time because the service has been so great.

Possibly the worst real estate, I dont even want to give one star. The most appalling customer service and the way Rosa (the owner) treats her the renters is disgusting. Rented a new property and signed lease agreement for 12 months (mind you we were not told the landlord lived next door and would come unannounced to the property a few times a week and put their head over the fence).We agreed to re sign for 6 months however was pushed to sign for another 12, signed for another 12 and then 48 hours later contacted west end and landlord to inform we can no longer agree and will need to move out due to our own build. Was told this is fine however fees would apply and we were fine with this.Moved out early to allow the landlords and west end to take people through the property with no belongings in the property and to rectify any small wear and tear. a small scratch on the wall downstairs and 2 photos on the wall was the only wear and tear on the property. My husband and another friend who one is a builder and another in construction patched the holes and re painted a wall the landlord wanted painted. spent over 700 dollars on paint and rectifying the house however was still not up to west ends standard even though the property was returned perfectly clean as well as going above and beyond to ensure any wear and tear was not noticeable. Actually had another owner of another real estate view this and another 2 friends in real estate who handles rentals and advised it was absolutely fine and we have gone above and beyond.We also had a weekly cleaner for 12 months of living in the property, no parties, absolutely nothing to cause damage other than having a 3 year old, like the rest of the world......west end kept pushing for us to pay more money and take money out of our bond to repaint all downstairs as well as further wear and tear, no evidence provided, disputed this with rosa via email multiple times and she completely ignored our emails, the office ignored our emails and then they deducted further funds out of our bond, again no receipts or evidence was provided.They also increased the rent well above what we were paying when they put it back on the market to take over our lease term which is actually illegal, they ignored that email of course, knocked back multiple applications for the higher amount all whilst we were still paying the rent.Requested us to order new oven trays as this must have been thrown out in the move, agreed to this and purchased them brand new however did not deliver them immediately as rosa had not replied to any of our emails sharing our views on the above matters and took out funds we did not approve.We had a family member bring in the oven trays dated 14/5/23 to west end where rosa then decided to continue with her appalling attitude and behaviour, followed by insulting me, to the family member.The owner is extremely rude, unprofessional, insulting and I am absolutely gobsmacked that she manages her business this way, treating customers this way. I am a business owner of multiple businesses and I would never speak to my clients or treat them this way. I have held back on posting this review as I do not want to ruin ones business however decided today to post this with the way this has been handled, the insult, the appalling behaviour and the way west end treats their clients.You should honestly be ashamed at how you treat and speak to people and need a lesson on how to treat clients within your business.

We have been landlords for over 25 years, during that time we have had various real estate agents manage our properties. 18 months ago we transferred our property to WestEnd Real Estate (Rodney) and wished we had found them earlier. Very professional and willing to assist with any issues that arise. The communication about what was going on with the property (we live interstate), maintenance issues and suggestions were all well managed. A point we liked was that after house inspections information about potential issues were detailed rather than (as with several others agents) just being sent a set of photos showing the tenants' furniture.

We rented through West End for 4 - 5 years. Our first property manager was Rosa who was fantastic and every interaction was pleasant.We moved to another property that was managed by Marie at West End who we were very sad to lose when we moved out. Very professional and kind, we felt that she was genuinely invested in us as a couple.Strongly recommend renting with this group of wonderful people and we miss them already!

Extremely poor business practices, Extremely poor communication, emails lost and calls not returned for weeks. Maintenance requests go unanswered for months, when followed up its blamed on the receptionist or tenant, in the end we paid up to get out, thousands of dollars to cover wear and tear after many years leasing a property that started with an over grown gardens and leaky taps.These people are the worst example of bullying in the real-estate market I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with on either side of the rental market.I highly encourage you to look else wear for your property management needs.

I have been a tenant with West End Real Estate for nearly three years and I have to say they are the most professional agency I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Marie has been my property manager for most of that time and I have recently moved to another WE property. Rosa is now my agent. Both ladies have been so helpful, friendly and professional.
