Good customer service. Clean shop, veges looked yummy.

Woolies LV. You had more stock during the pandemic than you do now. Lift your game, you might as well shut if you can't stock items and don't carry a full range. Constantly having to travel into holmview to pick up stuff you don't stock or are outbof stock of.

Neat and tidy smaller store but carries all essentials. Staff friendly and helpful

Rude older lady in ACO (assisted check out/self serve) I work at a different grocery store and I would never treat my customers like that. She had short platinum blonde hair in a bob. Really needs to reassess her behaviour towards customers.

Have been doing click and collect at this store for about a year every week and I cannot commend this store enough. Always friendly, fast and helpful. Even when they are clearly busy they are always smiling and even when items have been accidentally forgotten they have been beyond helpful and apologetic. With such a busy schedule click and collect is never a hassle at this store!

I have been very disappointed for the last,at least 3months.I haven't been able to buy chicken breast, garlic bread, no pasta salad. Lots of shelves empty. I went into buy 30 coca cola, when on special, NoneSame with chicken Kiev, None, advertised specials!!

Just like to acknowledge the excellent customer service one of your staff members gave me today.I rang up your store this morning enquiring about the cost of printing cartridges as I noticed on your website they were on special and did not want to drive all the way there only to find u had none. Staff member Toby answered my call and was so pleasant and helpful.Twice he actually put me on hold to actually go and check the answers to my questions by actually going to the aisle where the cartridges are, regarding the price of them and what was available in the store rather than just fob me off like other staff members may of done with me. In total I was on the phone approx. 5 minutes but in that 5 minutes he answered all my questions, was so nice and courteous and then put the cartridges away for me so they were waiting for me at the service desk when I got there. When I picked them up about 3 hrs later a young girl served me so I never actually got to see what Toby looked like.I then walked into the store to do some grocery shopping and was in there for about 30 minutes. I needed help looking for something and spotted a staff member at the other end of the store, so walked up to the staff member and showed him on my phone what I needed help finding. This staff member stopped what he was doing and took me to the aisle where he thought the item should be. As he was talking I thought I recognised the voice and asked his name and sure enough it was Toby again! What an asset he is to your store. Most staff members just point or tell me what the aisle number is if I ask where something is, very rarely now a days does a staff member actually walk me to where the item is sadly. I usually go to self-serve to be honest to pay for my goods as I cannot be bothered with unhelpful staff members or just grunts from a lot of staff members so I would rather just serve myself so Toby really stood out to me and my husband.Couldnt find a direct email address directly to LV Safeway, so this was the next best place to post my comment : )

Waited in car while wife ran in for important hair colour! Got what she wanted quickly and made our escape,Very handy!

Very limited food, not enough staff to serve those with trolleys block the walkway. It's not very well laid out

Can only get cash out at self serve checkouts. So you have to wait in line twice.They are pushing for people to use self serve checkouts which I refuse to use. Never enough staff. They rarely have a normal checkout open.Always low on stock and doesn’t have the range other stores do.Packing shelves is done during the day so you have to try and get down the isles with a trolley and limited space.
