I have a P.O box at Urangan. They used to have a door through to the P.O. boxes in the store that is now locked. I have an injury & nerve damage & have recently (3 occasions) asked if they could check my mail while i was in the store purchasing other services, they informed me politely they will no longer able to do that. Perhaps they should reopen the interior door again ?

Called to ask about a delivery to a PMB about 10 days ago, encountered two very rude, almost aggressive staff. Would not listen, would not check to see if it had been missed.It's a shame I still have to use this PO for my mail services.One star is way too many!
