Thanks for the great genuine service! You made my 11yo feel so special and she actually commented to me how nice both staff members were, sorry I didn’t get your names but it was a Sunday morning. We were greeted upon entry by both staff and felt so welcome. Both were extremely helpful and assisted us all the way! Thanks for a pleasant experience.

A nice clothing store in the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. This is a more economical brand that stocks feminine, fashionable clothing and accessories. More for the younger age groups and I have bought some lovely work tops and jackets from this store for my younger family members as gifts and they have always been really pleased with the purchases. The clothing usually lasts a couple of seasons washes quite well. They stock a wide size range of a reasonable quality and the prices are economical. The staff are always helpful and very willing to assist me with my choices.

The onsite manager and employee were openly and loudly discussing another employee in an entirely rude and inappropriate way while many customers were in the store. It was utterly unprofessional, especially when they were so focused on gossiping rather than helping out those in the store.

the cloths were nice but most of the clothes were very small sizes, my daughter is a size 14 and almost nothing fit her very disappointing.

The lady was so rules . I asked her to help me check the size of the skirt , and she say you can not read ? " .Of course I could read but that dress was hanging too high and I couldn't reach it. maybe she's racist because I'm Asian ."

Went to give shorts back due to small sizing and the lady was very rude about the situation and didn’t give my money back or return them. Wouldn’t go back to that shop again.

I just would like to say how happy I was to meet your team at the Oasis Broadbeach store what wonderful service I got the staff so lovely happy with big smiles greeted me when I walked into the store with a hello how are you ..very rare in these days when finally you can enjoy that ..they help me immensely I needed a out fit for a special dinner wasn’t sure what I wanted they put a few outfits together I tried them on and voila found the one I liked it looked amazing on me I thanked them for there help left the store a very happy customer

I went to Ally at Pac Fair 1/2/23 and the two women working were arguing in front of me and my partner full knowing we were there. i was waiting to go into the change rooms and they were standing in front blocking the way in and arguing, i had to speak up and say can i go through to try my items on.When i went to the counter to buy my items i waited for a while for someone to come up to the counter, the woman then said the other worker won’t be too long to serve us and kept walking. They then had another argument when i was being served and rolled their eyes at each other and my partner and i left in disbelief and didn’t feel welcomed from the start
