He quickly identified the issue and explained the solution in simple terms that I could easily understand. The repair was completed efficiently and at a reasonable cost. EvidiAir was super professional and punctual. My A/C started dripping late at night. Brett returned my call first thing in the morning, gave a quote estimate over the phone and was over the next morning. He fixed the issue in a matter of minutes and gave me tips on how to prevent it happening in future. There was no nonsense or upselling, just quick, friendly and reliable service from start to finish.
