Burwood Nissan

Took my GWM Cannon there for a service, they did the service and fixed none of the other problems. Had no power to the trailer plug, they said it was 'aftermarket' and take it back to where I bought it. Notwithstanding I bought the car new with this trailer package so how is it 'aftermarket' I just had an auto elec replace a fuse in 5 minutes and we are all good. If they cant even be bothered to check a fuse or know how to then how competent are they? Never again.

The staff members helped in the process of getting the second-hand car financed, good coordination and support during the third-party inspection of the vehicle.However, I would not recommend purchasing from this dealer, as they do not follow as they speak through their words.There are two concerns I felt which were alarming for me not to go ahead with them again,1. The person who processed my finance, did ask me questions about where I am basically from, which was not at all relevant to my financial status and capacity. I felt being judged and racist about the way the treatment I have received. This person is also a migrant and always showed his negative attitude towards the economic status and migration history.2. In addition, when I first inspected the car was not cleaned (which was explained that they will clean at a later stage). When we did a thorough inspection of the car via a third party, their report also indicated the car was not cleaned (the report was shared with the dealer via email). Despite mentioned in the record which was communicated, on the day of the delivery of the car, it was not cleaned and the cobwebs were found in the completely unacceptable car.In a nutshell, I would not recommend relying on words they talk about and keep chasing them over the phone and getting the necessary work (get annoyed) done.Please think at least 1000 times before deciding to buy anything from this dealer.

Bought a second hand car and whilst driving home issues with cooling occurred. Brought the car back on the Monday and they kept the car for two weeks. When we picked it up it worked fine but after a few weeks the lights came on again. When we asked about it with the Service department they said that the original issue was fixed so it mus be a new issue so they won't fix it unless we pay for it. When we queried the warranty they said we had to pay for a separate we warranty. Go elsewhere, there are better dealerships out there. We have had to sell the car at a loss only 6 Mo the in as we can't afford to fix it as we had a check done and it's a 4K fix.

I have been servicing my vehicle with Burwood Nissan since 2017. Since this time I have been highlighting a particular part that is malfunctioning and they have repeatedly just done some repairs" instead of replacing the part. The part was under warranty had it been replaced at the time I began highlighting the issue. Now both Burwood Nissan and Nissan Australia are trying to avoid having to replace the part despite service records highlighting the part has been defective even within the warranty period. Buyer be warned."

Customer service appears to be very low on the list of priorities at Burwood Nissan. I purchased a used car, at the test drive I was promised the car would be cleaned and detailed. When I picked up the car it was very dirty internally, to an unacceptable level. I needed to steam clean the seats, but still haven't managed to get rid of the smell.Burwood Nissan advised this matter is not their responsibility as they use an external service to clean the cars.I would have assumed keeping promises and cleaning cars before selling would be a small price to pay for customers to drive away happy, and return to purchase their next car, but it appears not to be the case at Burwood Nissan.

Very expensive, declined to quote repair price in writing. Decent friendly service

Would not buy from here again, was warned not to but gave them a chance. Purchased car new navara in April, still no canopy. No reply to messages completely ignored.
