The process from book in, to drop off, to pick up was very smooth and easy. The work done was very good and the customer service was excellent and above our expectations. After recommendations from a couple of friends I decided on Signature Caravan Repairs to fix my caravan's leaking roof. Although a long wait, due to their popularity and I'm assuming Covid backlog the roof was repaired and a couple of small jobs were completed within the stated 2 days. Very efficient. I picked the van up yesterday so I haven't tested the repair but it sure looks good! Thank you Sharon. You are very helpful and friendly. I felt completely at ease dealing with you. Signature Caravan Repairs completed a number of repairs and maintenance on my Jayco motorhome. Biggest being all of the silicone replaced. Everything else they have done has been fantastic and the service terrific. There expertise & knowledge I trust big time.

Adam and Grace and their team are just brilliant. I had some issues with my caravan that had not been resolved until I took my van to Signature Caravan Repairs. They were meticulous in their investigations and their repairs were first class. I will not take my van anywhere else for servicing and repairs. I know I can take my van on an extended trip safely without any worries. Signature Caravan Repairs is top class.

We needed warranty work to be done and Signature were absolutely the best, in their coordination , inspection, and quoting processes. Grace and Sharon have been so thorough and professional . We are travelling around Australia, and we sourced Signature whilst we were in Sth Oz, to make sure we could book in in advance, given our limited time we were to have in Perth.They also found a few small faults that we were not aware of, highlighted them to our Camper manufacturer, who agreed they needed fixing.Make sure you book in advance as everyone in this space is busy, all round Australia, and if you are buying a caravan make sure the company has servicing agreements in every state. We thought ours did !!!

We had the team at signature Repairs install a carafan in our roof of a our caravan . And could not fault the service and professionalism of this company.
