Greencross Vets Kippa-Ring

After experiencing an emergency with my pup the staff went above and beyond to help him and explained his condition to me in full they were very understanding and caring to not only to my boy but to myself as well I would recommend greencross vets Wendy was our vet she was amazing and very caring 5 stars

Today (mid May) I received a text message to say that our account has an outstanding balance. I rang Greencross at Kippa-Ring and spoke with Simone. She advised me that the account was from February where I had annual vaccinations and heartworm done for my dogs. We are on HHP plan, and at completion of the appointment was told by reception that I had nothing to pay. Today I received a text (not even a phone call). I rang quite annoyed thinking it was a scam & she acted like these things happen all the time and a manager picked up the mistake (of their staff). I would have thought that if this was true that somebody would have called to explain their stuff up & politely ask for the account to be settled. While telling Simone that they shouldn't treat their clients like that, she hung up on me. She was the absolute height of rudeness! This is the second time in 18 months that somebody has hung up on me from this vet. I would think twice about using this particular Greencross vet - or skip Greencross all together -you certainly won't get good client respect or management there.

Had to pick up Lele after she'd had a biopsy. Lovely set up & very welcoming. Lele was treated very well.

I joined Greencross Vets about 2 months ago for my kitten and it is the best thing out there for pet owners. I got my 8 month old kitten vaccinated and microchipped free of cost which is covered under the membership. The staff, Veterinarians are friendly and very helpful. I just missed my appointment for booster vacc for my kitten Willow and one vet was glad to help at a very busy time. So I am very grateful. Overall, join I highly recommend!

Highly recommend the team at Kippa-Ring! They take care of our little man Ollie with such respect and explain everything to us very clearly. Our little dog can be quite aggressive with vets after a terrible grooming incident when he was younger, and they have been so understanding and compassionate when providing care.

Super impressed! I needed a one off appointment for my geriatric pup as we are only here for a week and she needed her arthritis treatment.What was awesome:- they had a place for my dog to wait outside and were calm and understanding that she was very anxious around other dogs- they didn't try scare tactics for extra treatments or purchases- they were affordable- they offered me natural solutions for my dogs anxiety (after I asked, not a sales pitch). I love this as at her age it can be dangerous to put her on medications- they text the next day to follow up and ask if she was doing OK. I thought this was super thoughtful

We highly recommend Greencross Kippa-Ring. We drive 3 suburbs out to go to this particular Greencross for their friendly staff and kind, experienced and professional Vets. Our boy gets the best of care here and they are always happy to explain things in terms we understand and do not make us feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable. Every time we go, Simone is a smiling face to greet us, she also greets our boy with a cuddle and a fuss. This helps to make a sometimes nervous visit to the vets, a little bit more bearable. I’ve been going to Greencross Kippa Ring for about 5 years and would like to send a massive thanks to the girls on reception there in particular Simone who is always extremely professional, friendly and always goes above and beyond for myself and my beloved dog Floyd. Thank you Simone for always looking after us and always being so understanding and compassionate, especially when things can be quite stressful when your best mates not well.

Nice experience all round. Needed a Vet appointment short notice and they fit me in.

Very friendly staff and very large waiting area meant that going in was easy for myself and my large dog. The staff were very helpful in assisting me with my questions and would recommend this establishment.
