Great customer service! The staff are always friendly + bubbly. They also give an honest opinion as to if something fits you/suits you. Love my visits to Gorman.

Was just in the store looking for a skirt & shop assistant was too busy socialising with her friend to even greet me. Only once her friend left did shebother acknowledging my presence. Very poor service.

Horrible service!I bought a dress($164.5) at this shop, the staff asked me $3.5 for a bag! I brought a pair of shoes in July and a dress last year as well. I was never asked a additional fee for bag. The girl is very unfriendly.
