I have had many items from here. To be honest today I visited this place and ordered chicken biryani. The food was extremely bad and even not freshly made. When I said the waitress about the situation she said me it was fresh and just made. I suppose we need to insist the food standards in Australia to verify the safety of food. There are high chances of food poisoning. Either make sure you serve good food or say the item isn't available at the moment.

Dosa Hut - Indian Multi Cuisine Restaurant Footscray
We visited Dosa Hut Footscray this week and tried a number of dishes including the Chef Special Dosa, the Masala Dosa, Crispy Lamb and Chicken 65. Also tried the Chicken Fried Rice. The portions were very very generous and the flavours were spot on! You can adjust the spice level of the dishes. Highly recommend trying the Chef Special Dosa and the Crispy Lamb.

Quiet an average place, however worth a try compared to many other places. Food and atmosphere is a hut or a miss. For a place that is more south Indian there are a lot of indo Chinese and North Indian food on the menu. Still, though, worth a shot at least once. Parking availability is on the street and might or might not find parking. Depends on your luck.

We ordered 1 Chicken 65 Jumbo and 1 Goat Jumbo on Sunday 31 July , the biryani was very old one, when started eating very bad smell was coming out of it. The manager told me that he can’t help with this.Please smell the biryani while taking.The biryani was not cooked on the same, it was old one. Please don’t dare to eat biryani at dosa hut.

Don't expect Hyderabad Biryani in Dosa Hut Footscray Branch,If you order Biryani you can get Yellow rice with chicken on the bottom ,very disappointing with the food .I think chef he or she is not well trained or either don't no how to cook South Indian biryaniGuys don't except much & don't waste your time.

This is our regular place every fortnightly Sunday. We love their biryani, especially chicken 65 biryani. In terms of customer service Mr Abdul Sheikh is always extraordinary with his skills in looking after their customers. Very polite and respectful guy. We hope other team members should follow in his footsteps.

We went to dosa hut for our parents wedding anniversary. Our dinner was pathetic. Food wasn't good at all. Every dish that we ordered had to be thrown out. We ordered dosa utappa Manchurian biryani. Very item is tasteless. Never come here again.

The dosa and Biryani were edible but the samosa, idli and vada were stale and sour. Look at the photos for context. Couldn't even eat them. The dipping sauces were weird tasting too. Not coming back
