I have had multiple consultations with Anouk and I strongly recommend going to see her yourself! As a teenage girl, I felt very safe and comfortable talking to her. My family and I had no idea how much your diet affected your mental health and your physical health! Overall great experience and I can't wait for my next appointment.

I went to see Anouk with a few questions, random aches and pains and general a feeling that I should be feeling better than I was!She was very patient asking about my life and eating habits and came up with an achievable simple plan for me to follow. Thanks Anouk for teaching me some easy changes which have made a big difference!

I came to Anouk after dealing with stomach problems for the better part of 10 years, and it was such a wonderful, eye-opening, and encouraging experience. Anouk is extremely professional, and provides a wonderfully individual experience and helped improve not only my gut issues but my relationship with food. She is great at working with you to achieve your goals in a personalized manner. Would highly recommend, thank you for the wonderful service!
