Pride Plumbing and Gas

These people did a couple of gas and water jobs for us. They finished on a Friday and we had no hot water for the weekend. They do not answer the phone on weekends. We requested they review the charges due to us having to get an emergency plumber out over the weekend ($140). They did not respond - just charged my credit card..!

Employee of this company is a dangerous driver. Went through a stop sign to cut into traffic. Should not be on the road.

Had Norrick help out on an emergency job late on Friday afternoon, whilst the solution couldn't be fixed, it wasn't through lack of trying. He really went above and beyond to find a solution and his professionalism is greatly appreciated. After working in the plumbing industry previously I've met both good and bad plumbers and Norrick is neither, more exceptional, and I won't be contacting anyone else than Pride going forward whilst he is with the company.

Very late for appointment. Couldn't fix a simple repair. Totally butchered and broke the failing part that needed replacing, that was still partially working, to a satisfactory level. Wanted to do unnecessary repair and replacement work amounting to $2,035, where other plumbing company's were much less than half Pride Plumbing and Gas price. Yesterday I fixed it myself for a total cost of only $98. Yes $98. I sourced and fitted the replacement part for only $98.

Pride Plumbing has been regularly servicing our outdoor Fireplace for several years. Their technicians have always been on time, courteous, clean-up after themselves well and are knowledgeable about our fireplace with regards to instructing us how to maintain it ourselves into between routine checks. I would recommend their work to everyone.

Called Pride Plumbing for a hot water heater problem, and when they visited I also asked them about some leaky taps I had also been meaning to sort out. Talking about excellent service... the guys who attended were really great, and they sorted the leaky taps quick smart there and then, and within 1 working day, I had a new instant hot water heater fitted. They were also prompt and on time. Easy to deal with also as their office team is very efficient also.I have no problems recommending Pride Plumbing & Gas to others... a thoroughly professional company in my view, I know you will not be disappointed. I recently had issues with my commercial kitchen wastewater disposal system and my business wasnt allowed to operate by the local council.I dealt with more than 5 different plumbing companies and i was going nowwhere with the issue and most of them were not even intrested in taking up the job ,saying its too hard ,too expensive or they didnt have the expertise in regards to the issue.Then someone refered me to Pride Plumbing and said if someone can solve my issues that will be pride plumbing's Bill and Grant.When i met Bill and Grant,they werent just intrested in making money,they really wanted to help .And they did the initial inspection and came up with the right plan to sort out the issue and dealt with the council themselves and completed the job up to the standards the council required.I highly recommend Pride Plumbing for their expertise,Care for customers,fair pricing and thoroughly professional service.

Excellent service and professionalism from young affable plumber Norric. It was a big job repairing a faulty pipe leak (negligent plumbing from another plumber) that caused wide spread damage in our apartment. He stayed late to finish the job and showed excellent troubleshooting skills! Highly recommend
