Excellent staff , great communication with a can do attitude. Extremely impressed with their service and will definitely be using them for all my transport needs in the future.

It would be much easier if keypad locks would be installed at the office doors and entry gates with auto sliding.

I have been waiting on a delivery of a large fridge for 2 weeks now with no communication and I have just been advised (after calling the company - don't dream that the company called me) that I will have to pay extra or forgo delivery because, the company accepted an item they cannot deliver.At the time of organisation it was confirmed the hours I would be available, my mobile number and that I do *not* have a forklift. The delivery company accepted the package and I was advised it should arrive in 2-3 days.After 1 week of waiting I got the sender to contact the delivery company to get an update. The delivery then truck turned up the next day inadequately prepared to offload the truck. The delivery man was polite but lacking knowledge/skills/tools to get the fridge off the truck. He said he would be back the next day with the correct tools to get the item off the truck. He did not show up the next day, or the following. No communication was provided. Fast forward 1 week, still no contact.I call up the delivery company, they say that they don't have the ability to offload the truck. They have said that either myself or the seller will need to pay extra for them to figure out how they can get the fridge off the truck, or it will need to be sent back to the seller.Any professional company would have thought this through at the time of booking rather than at the time of delivery and, in the case of them making a mistake and accepting a booking would have have found a solution themselves. At a bare minimum a call to explain their difficulties would have been appropriate.

I used them to collect a barrel from Tasmania to Preston Victoria everything went great pleasant staff both in Tasmania and Melbourne and delivery driver was polite and professional I’d highly recommend using this company as I’m glad I did.

tas freight got me out of a real bind, they had no requirement to assist me at all and could easily have been very difficult about the situation but they did everything in their power to result in a smooth transaction, extremely good service and wish more freight companies could operate like this

Was given a quote to move a pallet from Tassie to Mel, company was given all addresses. When I went to book it in, I was advised that Their truck won't be able to make it there"
