Had a screw in my front tyre..,just needed a quick repair..soo glad Jeremy and mycar were open that day..awesome customer service, very affordable..Highly recommended..

I went there on last Friday morning because I could hear strange noise from the engine, they said they are fully booked and I have to make an appointment, I tried to explain to them that it's an emergency I just need them to start the car and have a listen to the strange noise and tell me what might be the problem, I just want to know if it's still safe to drive the car because I have two kids to pick up in the afternoon, they said NO, I still have to make an appointment for two days! They are totally heartless and shame on them!

Worst customer service ever, this place cares zero about customers. I got my tires and wheel alignment done, they booked me in at 10am, got a call around 9.45 saying the booking needs to be postponed since the tyres haven't arrived, dropped the vehicle at the store and they took over 3 hours to finish that, but the alignments were still off, went in the next day and they refused to fix it, all they say is they are fully booked. Asked me to come on the following Early morning 8am. When i showed up the next day the mechanic said the technican havent showed up yet and the wait time would be more than 2 to 3 hours. Funny to see how they turn down customers who come to fix a tyre puncture, they offer bookings in 5,6 days to fix it. These guys in store are turning dowm business. And poor quality of work as well.Management FYI!!

This is a warning to everyone thinking of sending your car here. Please don't. They have mechanics who are not qualified. No manager onsite. They keep getting mechanics from other branches to help out. The worst is the operation manger. Short and stubby guy. Kept blaming me for my complains. This place should not even have 1 star. Should be zero. I even rang and email MyCar and they took the car back but still couldn't fix the car.Took them 2 weeks to fix my car. Got the car back and still wasnt fixed and gave up. Didn't even change my wiper blades when I told them to replace it. Overinflated tyres. They took my battery out to change because it was flat cause it sat there for 2 weeks. But didn't put the clamp back on and battery is moving around and shorting to bonnet. MyCar Altona gates, you own me a new battery. Brakes are squealing and front wheels are vibrating with new tyres.Altona gates My Car, if I had the chance. I would take u guys to court. Please don't touch another car until you are sure your mechanics are qualified. The head mechanic is useless.Please bring your car to the My Car in Altona at the Shell Servo. 2 qualified mechanics working there.

Staff are friendly and helpful explaining exactly what needed to be done. Great service and definitely will be going back.Highly recommend.

I’ve been here twice.1st time was Kmart tier & auto (pre-rebranding). The gentleman squeezed me in same day, sold me a tire and gave me a warranty. *Please note.. they were busy.2nd time I came back, my tired had what I think was a puncture, this time it was Mycar. Again they were obviously busy, I called in advance. I explained the situation & was told to come in & drop the tire off. They fixed it within 4 hours & the warranty was still in effect, it was free of charge!! I think the guys name was Peter or Paul.. I appreciate their honest down to earth approach - Legends!*Convent location as well being attached to Altona Gate if you have time to kill ;)

Outstanding Customer service and management being demonstrated at this store.Brayden and the team at Altona mycar branch have repeatedly gone above and beyond in all my experiences with them. I previously used this store under other management and it was far below standard, great to now see how its turned around.Wheel alignments, tyres, servicing and more, they are now my go to guys for the work car, and weekend toy. Highly recommend this store to anyone needing work done on their car. They will see it done and done right.Congrats guys!

The level of customer care seems to have gone down the tube since the business was purchased from Kmart Tyre & Auto. I rang them when i had a puncture and needed assistance, was told i needed to wait 2 weeks because of staffing issues...wow, that's a first. A few months later i called again for assistance with another technical issue, got told due to a combination of staffing issues and inability to find a part i should consider going to the dealer. They hadn't even looked at the car for gods sake. Something really wrong here at this local business, bring back the old owners/managers who listened to their customers and were always there to assist when needed.

Have been going to mycar/Kmart tyre and auto branches for 10 years and have good experiences until I went to the Altona site. They were too busy to fix my car but didn’t tell me until I picked it up… maybe this is common but I’ve always had any issues fixed on the day at other sites. Told me I needed a new battery which was strange because it was quite new. I took it to the repair shop where I got my battery (11 months old). They did the same battery load test in front of me and there was nothing wrong with it. Called mycar and they say ‘sorry something must be wrong with our machine’. Won’t risk $350+ mistakes here again.
