I've recently sold with Barry Plant in Essendon and couldn't be happier with the process. From the moment I was contacted by the Sales Receptionist ( within 30 mins of posting my enquiry) to then being allocated an agent Caleb Venneri who contacted me within the time frame I was advised. Caleb and Melissa took me through a detailed sales campaign and followed through with everything they said they would do, with impeccable communication skills updating me along the process. Even though I had lower end listing to sell they treated me the same way, as if I had a multi million dollar home. Would highly recommend, thank you.

Melissa from Barry Plant Essendon was a gem to deal with from the start. She was open, honest, prompt and caring! 100% would rec this agency for first home buyers. They were very patient with all of our requests and questions.

My partner and i are a professional couple both working full time and we have a great rental history during last 10 years.Recently we applied for couple of properties through this agency and we provide them all information was required on their form (snug); however we received an email afterwards asking for 2 years tax return which is nonsense.- We are not buying just renting and you're not a bank- If bank statements/payslip/ my accountant and also other references and fine rental histories doesn't mean anything than why bother.*We are currently paying $750 a week and the properties we applied iare $540 and $600 means we have no issue to pay our rent.I did rent a property from this agency before and it was great dealing with them but unfortunately the new management seem so unprofessional and difficult to deal with.We will not apply any more with this agency; Please be aware and save your time.
