actually I want to give them 0/5 star! Very very very disappointed experice. I booked online twice. Always delay and nobody you can contact with. Phone number nobody answer, Email no response. Will never deal with them.

Firstly, my order was lost in the system, I had to email them in Jan to find out what was going on despite making the order in December.When package was finally delivered it was left at my front door when I was away on holidays. I never received a message from the courier or Kookaburra to say it was delivered. Lucky for me I don't have neighbours that wanted to steal a package.

Very disappointed.I ordered in early December because we were told the books packs would be delivered by January 12th. An attempt delivery was made on Friday the 19th! School started the following Monday. The courrier company was a pain to deal with. I reschuled redelivery on Monday but we are now the 24th and still no packs!! I called you and your customer service was unhelpful and didn't care. Really you should be the one chasing the courrier to make sure they deliver. They told me they picked it up from you on the 14th so after the date I was expecting it.If you have issues is it that hard to send a email to your customers to let them know?Definitely shopping locally next time.Waste of time.

I found them exceptionally difficult, basically once you have provided credit card details there is no after sale service, they will get the products to you whenever they feel like it with no negotiation, information or civility. After my phone calls I was told 3 different times that the goods were ready to be packed and sent, on the next call I was told the same thing. Next year I will purchase cheaper, quicker and easier locally!
