Cleaning Super Boss

My friend used this company for an end of lease clean. They did an awful job and real estate was not happy and requested the house to be cleaned again.Despite the ‘money back guarantee’ they have refused to refund my friend and are trying to charge her $250 to come and do further cleaning.Do not use this company

We hired and payed this company on Sunday and to say we are disappointed is an under statement. We moved house so therefore all the walls had to be cleaned. They were wiped over with a wet cloth and no cleaning chemicals. The walls are still filthy and we were told by our real estate to go back and clean them as there are marks everywhere. After two days of ringing this company back and asking for either half our money back or for someone to come back and clean they finally said they will come back the next day to clean it at 2pm. The next day came and no one showed up, when we called them they said they are not coming back and we will not get half our money back. Their excuse was they did the best they could and if they wiped and harder the paint would come off. Yet there is still dirt and cob webs on walls! The worse clean I have ever experienced.

Witnessed them do an end of lease clean on friends property, take the money and then not come back when was told the walls weren’t done properly. Wouldn’t write on website that you’d come back for free when the jobs aren’t done properly then refuse to go back to the house without getting paid more money saying you didn’t receive the money when you did. Just another scam of a company taking peoples money with empty promises on the website. Don’t use this company
