This review is for their sister shop at Parkmore Keysborough Shopping Centre. Excellent Pork rolls. Their tiger rolls are so crisp and fresh. Equals anything you can buy in Springvale

Delicious banh mi, we ordered the roast pork. Filled with a generous amount of meat and veggies. The crackling is so crunchy and pairs well with the tiger bread. Overall the banh mi is heavy in weight and lots of flavour.

New player in the competitive Springvale Banhmi game. Tried the cold meat banhmi, which is a tiger roll generously loaded with different types of cha (pork loaf) and ample amounts of pate, which is what you need to stand out from the numerous banhmi sellers close by. They also offer roast pork or Nem (pork sausage) rolls as well which I haven't tried yet but for $4 the cold pork is hard to beat.

I went there to buy a container of Vietnamese Banh Beo, there wasn't a overdue date on it but i would assume it wouldn't be overdue. Once i opened the lid of the container there was a pungent smell like Dua Muoi (pickled vegetables) which im sure was not fish sauce. The Banh Beo itself was mushy like the texture of congee porridge although normally it should be soft yet firm enough to hold it's shape. All of that makes me wonder, how long was it on the shelf for before i bought it? There was another time when i bought vegetarian noodles and they were sour and had gone bad. Obviously my experiences don't apply to everyone but i won't be buying from there anymore.

The best cold cut roll in Springvale if not Melbourne. Tiger roll makes it even better. Huge stuff filled and generous portion and bargain for $4. The fresh rice rolls are also worth a box to take away for diner

Pretty average for an over priced $9 pork roll. Pork was shaved, could hardly taste it and crackling was terrible. Unfortunately not how it use to be. Wont be back there.
