Worst possible serivice by far. Waited more than a week to get my unit prepared. The technition was fully aware that the electronic board wad faulty. He came in looked at the controller and told me sorry he used all his boards during the day but will order one. This board will arrive in a weeks time what the hell???

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Currently on hold for 30 min, just to talk to their service dept. Their products are expensive, but are made of poor quality. My heater/Aircon is a lemon and constantly has issues. I will never buy one of their products ever again. Do not make the same mistake, stay away from all things Brivis/Rinnai.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would give that to their warranty and service department. Had an issue Dec 2017 with my refrigirated cooling. Send a technician out say your gas has leaked out they re-gas it and replace some oring. Dec 2018 gas leaking again they cant send someone out till Jan 8. Technician comes out says unit leaking gas again well today he left the unit under pressure with special gas and not usable. Now they cant get anybody out there till the 22nd Jan. So 2 weeks with no aircon in the middle of summer. Double storey house get stinking hot upstairs, we have a small baby. Ubsolutely shocking service from Brivis. Would not recommend.

Paid technician over $200 to come out and fix central heating. Stopped working after a few months. Warranty didn't cover it. Only 3 month warranty for a call out. Bloody outrage.

The worst possible warranty procedure I have experienced. They had No problem in accepting the claim but many months and phone calls with excuses after excuses in getting the unit swapped/repaired.Be aware you will spend hours following them up and be given the run around.Extremely disappointed with purchasing this brands product due to handling of warranty repair.

Having dealt with brivis doing installations and service on a daily basis over the last 15 years, it's a shame to see how much the quality has dropped, the attitude of staff and lack of care given to our customers.Moving forward it will be the last brand we recommend to our own customers as any after sales service virtually doesn't exist and it reflect poorly upon our good name.This seem's to be a common thing spoken between other HVAC companies and technicians around Melbourne. As a large company, you won't be able to keep this up for much longer with the same poor attitude and equipment.If there was on option for 0 stars, that's what I would have selected. 10 years ago, it would have been 5 stars but that's well before rinnai bought out brivis.

Just want to thank Brivis to send Matthew Nicoli, who came to fix our heating system today, he's completely a professional, he arrived very punctually, was efficient and tidy with good manner and personality. We thank him again for the top job that he has done for us.

brivis 320 ducted heating unit stopped working after 4 DAYS , i called pretty much every day for 2 weeks. what a joke ,They keep saying a technician will call to organise an inspection that i never received. still waiting...their old unit lasted alot longer than 4 days.

Poorly organised approach to service. Friendly people but the system and logistics fails them. Parts not on hand, inefficient approach to booking a service call, for Sydney even simple parts have to be sent from Melbourne. End result being that if your heating unit has a problem customers end up waiting more than a week for a fix. Will look at competitors when ultimately replace.

We purchased a Kaden evaporative unit from an installer in Geelong. It lasted one day and stopped working. Brivis sent their local person to assess it. Turns out it was a lemon. Initially they wouldn’t pay for a cherry picker so the local guy could fix it. They were convinced to pay for it, then sent the bloke with no cherry picker. This took weeks with numerous calls to Brivis. Would never use them again.
