Prices for land range from300 k to under 600 kSales office wasn't open on Sunday.Plenty of trees around not to my liking due to all the fires in 2020.Love the fact the its right on the Lake however; not the price tag.We already live on the river elsewhere, river oneside and ocean the other.Some images where we live
