A son whose mother is sitting beside me shaking her head at your reply.I guess that you have other unhappy customers that haven't posted a review.By your lengthy rant I guess the two of you had a falling out of some sort.You obviously looked up my name on your files and it got matched to the incorrect vehicle. As I said poor paperwork and information processing". Maybe go back and have another look at your files.I don't know about any grudges you have with other customers and what needs putting behind you. I can't articulate how grateful I am to of found a mechanic that's honest and straight to the point, Ive been doing services and repairs myself all my life but after getting inundated with work I simply don't have the time anymore. From booking to compleaton Warren and Janelle where incredibly accommodating with keeping me updated and with any issues found along with the progress of the work. The most reliable, honorable, trustworthy mechanic shop we have ever been to. They were recommended by my husband's work colleague. The staff were super welcoming. One thing that I've been amazed Mr. Warren was very patient and thorough when diagnosing the car problem. Most of all he really listened to our concerns and he makes time to communicate with us about his diagnosis and eased us with our worries. Not only the prices are also reasonable but definitely we got what we paid for. That's why it was astounding as it seems when Mr. Warren patiently went through with everything and didn’t make me feel pressured to do any work that I couldn’t afford. Overall it was an amazing quality service all around. That's why we highly recommend them to my family, friends and you (who is looking for a reliable long term mechanic). For me, there’s nothing more important than honesty and integrity in the auto service industry and Mr. Warren owned it. Hes very knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and clear. Wow finally someone who does not take advantage of disabled people. Warren was fantastic explained everything and showed me the problem at a very reasonable price i was very impressed even though they were busy they managed to assess and fix it all that day and they have wonderful mechanics and Janelle in the office was friendly and welcoming will be doing all my work from now on Great Work Guys !!!!

Warren is the best mechanic I’ve come across in a longtime he managed to fix the stalling issue in my car that other mechanics couldn’t.He has a great team and a special mention also to Janelle who responded to my message and organised for me to bring my car to warren.I recommend you bring your vehicle to wj automotive. I have been servicing my cars with Warren for the past couple of years. Very knowledgeable, friendly and provides the best service every single time. Performs repairs where possible and does not resort to new parts unless absolutely needed. Rare to find genuinely caring service. Warren and his team are hidden gems of western Sydney. I’ve been using WJ Automotive for a number of years now, They are second to none, when it comes to automotive repairs. The great advantage of WJ Automotive, is they can perform mechanical and auto electrical repairs, they are truly a one stop shop.I have always found them to be highly ethical, honest, and very fair in their pricing. Warren and his team are always friendly and courteous.I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Took my car here after getting a recommendation from someone and spoke to Warren as I’ve been having continual issues with the check engine light and no one being able to give me an accurate answer. He was honestly amazing. Spent the time to have a look at the car, explained what the possible issues could be, even the fact that he isn’t 100% as it can be tricky with the system that is playing up (not often you get a mechanic that honest) and explained everything clearly! He even went through the pricing of the parts it needs with me on the computer!I am very fussy about who does work on my car and can’t go to my usual mechanic as I moved into the area recently so it’s too far away now. The service that Warren provided was above and beyond especially seeing as I hadn’t even booked it in, I went to just have a chat about it all and it was no issue for him to have a look at it!!I will definitely be booking it in here for the repairs and service that is due! It’s very difficult finding a good mechanic these days that doesn’t just try to screw you out of your money! The customer service was incredible!! I have been dealing with Warren and his crew for well over 5 years. The bloke is a gentleman, and his subordinates are no different. He has sorted me out many times with great car service and repair. Knowing the luddite I am when it comes to anything with an engine, explains things well. Even buffing some scratches out of my car from mishap in an under ground garage. Would recommend him and have recommended him.
