Very impressed with my first visit to Alex and Nat at SCD - their service is super friendly and treatment was the best of any dentist I have been to. They took the time to explain everything to me, and gave me very useful advice on a potential issue which my previous dentist had missed - their thoroughness and attention to detail here is what stood out for me. Best dentist I have ever been to. Friendly and welcoming staff who make sure you are comfortable and pain free the whole time. They are happy to get to know you rather than just get you in and out as soon as they can. They use very modern technology which helps them be very thorough with finding any existing or potential issues. They explain everything to you and show you what they see in xrays and give you a recommended dental plan to help you on the way to having healthier teeth. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend going.

The team at South Cairns Dental are so friendly and accommodating! They really help you feel comfortable. I couldn't recommend a better place to get your dental work done! PLUS I even got a coffee made for me while waiting to be seen! 10/10

I am so happy with the level of service that South Cairns Dental provided. I was in a considerable amount of pain and called as soon as the office opened. much to my amazement, I was given an appointment an hour and a half later . When I arrived I was given an exceptional level of care. The staff went out of their way to be as accommodating as possible in all aspects of my treatment. Only fools rush in, this was not the case at this clinic. The staff consulted with each other and came up with the best plan to make this procedure as painless as possible when performed and in the recovery phase as well. A few small simple extra steps were taken that made all the difference in the world. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a safe place that is willing to go the extra mile in what can be a traumatic experience otherwise.

This is definitely the best dental experience I have had in Cairns. Alex and his team are very thorough, there is a comfortable, relaxing vibe, making the whole process as enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend this dental clinic.

Was our first time attending this facility for my four year old son and let me just say, I'm very impressed.Lovely and welcoming receptionists who offered tea and coffee while I waited. The kids were handed colouring in sheets and pencils as well as a choice of cartoons to watch.TV above the dental chair and really welcoming and a professional approach. Great customer service, tidy, clean and just very welcoming.Dr Kate was amazing and did a fantastic job with my son, he had no complaints after his procedure and wanted to go back as soon as we jumped in the car.Definitely recommend this Dental practice as I will be returning for my daughter as well.

Turned away in a medical emergency if you can't pay upfront, not even offered an invoice. Reception were so rude
