I was totally ignored by the staff. I wandered around the floor stock and saw nothing that was in my price range and nothing that looked like the basic ensemble I was looking for. It was bewildering and I was upset.There was only two other customers in the shop, and they were together, and they had a salesman looking after them. I walked out after 10 minutes without even making eye contact with the staff. I saw another bed shop across the carpark and went in there and was well served by the staff. I had made my purchase there within 15minutes.

David attended to our needs wonderfully and guided us to the products we needed. No hard sell, no huge discounts if you buy this one, just fitting the product perfectly to the customer. How good and refreshing is that? Delivery before promised time. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Refused to sell mattress at advertised price, saying price was incorrect. Price tag was removed after error was highlighted (photograph was taken prior to tag being removed).False, and illegal, advertising. We do not have time to research purchases only to be told an item cannot be sold for the researched price at the point of sale. Not impressed.

I bought a mattress and a bedroom suite from Bedshed a year ago and was extremely happy with the service I received. The staff were lovely and very helpful. They were also very informative. I was so happy with their service I returned early this year to purchase my child's bedroom setting and was again very pleased with the staff. I would recommend Bedshed Moorabbin to anyone that is looking for a Bedroom setting and or Mattress.

We bought a mattress and bedhead. Lorraine was the sales rep and she was great. Very attentive, gave us good advice on the different options but she was not pushy with the sale. We originally planned to check out a few different places but we liked the options and it was well priced so we didn't look anywhere else. We were moving into a new until in a months time so she offered to let us pay in instalments and delay the delivery until we were ready. All in all -very good customer service and quality product

This store had much better quality beds than I found in online stores. Picked the perfect bedroom suite, it was in stock and it's being delivered in 3 days. Staff are fantastic and know their products. Highly recommend a visit.

After visiting a couple of, perhaps, better knowing bedding stores, following some online investigations, we ended up contacting Bed Shed at Moorabbin. The sales rep, David, was very helpful on the phone including being able to provide delivery on a very tight timeframe, in addition to great prices which other stores couldn't match. Although we ended up purchasing items different to those we initially enquired about, we couldn't be happier with the level of service and the price paid.Great effort David (& Matthew)! We'd happily recommend Bed Shed at Moorabbin!

Absolutely fantastic service, thank you Steve!I rang at 9am to order a replacement mattress as mine was ruined when it rained in overnight. Steve was able to recommend a comparable mattress to my old one that they had in stock (floor stock). He was also able to arrange to get it on the truck for delivery that morning. Two hours later I had a new mattress.
