very rude sales agentWe are interested in a piece of land but when I called, the sales agent sounded he almost doesn't want to sell this land, he asked for a 'business plan' from me for the land, and then he said it won't work, when I questioned why he needs to know a 'business plan' before we can inspect the land, he said 'I'm not satisfied with your plan and it takes a lot of effect to access the property', I'm not even sure if it's the sellers instruction that the perspective buyer has to have a 'business plan' that's approved by the agent! And how am I supposed to 'submit' the plan before I even see the land! I'm not sure if the seller is approval/aware of this, there's no motivation in him to sell the land and I don't know why! He also refused to open it on weekends after i told him it's a 2 hours+ drive for us. Very disappointed in this agent, I just hope not everyone in their office is like this!Add photos

Friendly and helpful and with most ag products you might need. They will always help load, have plenty of space to get your trailer around or will deliver as needed.
