Great location close to everything but peaceful great view would stay again

2nd time stayer we stayed in penthouse 114 again this yr. Nice to see they have updated some things. We only could get accommodation for 4 nights In Penthouse then had to move to luxury suite 95 for 3. That was beautiful the city views were amazing. Once again girls at reception Catarina, Kylie, Ashama were very friendly we were well looked after. As always a pleasurable stay and will return again. Perfect spot oasis shopping center and restaurants better than Caville Ave. 2 min walk.

Wondeful hotel and wonderful room. Wonderful service and wonderful everything. But $2 per extra roll of toilet paper? And $5 to rent a beach towel for the day? Not buy, rent. That's ridiculous

Perfect location across from the beach and a couple blocks from the restaurant precinct. Booked the three bedroom luxury unit which was very large and modern. Almost spotlessly clean except for some fingerprint smudges on the kitchen cabinets. The master bed is very firm. The AC works great and there are also ceiling fans. The water pressure is fantastic!Great facilities with two pools (with railings) sadly the outdoor pool stairs were very tall for my disabled husband and it was a struggle to get out. A pool lift would be a welcome addition! The indoor pool steps were too tall to even attempt and the glass tiles would have been too slippery for him.My only real complaint though is that the website states sweeping ocean views from almost every room when actually the unit is mostly facing the city with the ocean on one side. So pretty much a 1/3 sweeping ocean view from the balconies, master and living room.It is a gorgeous place and I really do like the room type but in the future I would book 93 or 94 and not 95, if I had a choice.

The location in relation to shops, restraunts, club & beach was fabulous. Accommodation was very disappointing. Main bed was very uncomfortable, very hard so much so that on night 2 we moved into 2nd bedroom where 2 king singles were lovely. The apartment looked nice but the lounge was so soft you sunk down the back when you sat on it, no support at all and difficult to lift yourself out of. I lifted cushions to try to fluff them up and found lots of dust & crumbs, hadnt been cleaned for some time.Appliances were old, we used microwave once but because all the writing had worn off it was guesswork to use. Didn't use dishwasher as it didn't look clean, washed everything by hand. Also looked for pegs for clothes rack, found them on floor behind washing machine with clumps of dust & dirt.Weather was not conducive for pool, grounds were lovely, there was maintenance to indoor facilities & we were made aware of this prior to arrival.The apartment, 34, needs a thorough clean including under cushions, behind beds etc(thick with dust) & lounge, microwave & dishwasher need upgrading.Won't be looking for accommodation there again.

Great apartment hired for a boy's trip, a little lacking in the way of cooking utensils. But fantastic views and location!

Amazing spacious and clean rooms in a great location. Great pool, tennis court and bbq/grass area.Very hard to get a booking though. Have been unable to book again since we last stayed

A lovely place for a break but the Customer Service was bad when our grandaughter left her teddy behind. It took many calls to have them check with housekeeping and next guests and the teddy was never found

We absolutely love staying here each year. The rooms are so nice and big. It is so close to everything you need, only walking distance. The staff are amazing.
