I've been going to this mechanic for nearly 2 years now. They are so thorough in checking everything and explain any issues they find but never pushy for a sale. I always drive away after a service feeling like the car drives so much better.I've been to dodgy mechanics who charge cheap but I am always suspious whether they have actually done what they claimed to have done...I trust this place and they are friendly too. The place is clean and tidy as well. I highly recommend...

Browns Automotive continues to exceed my expectations.Their service is polite and efficient. However, most importantly I trust their workmanship. Compared to my experience with other mechanics, who try to prey on people's lack of knowledge and then charge for work that is not needed.I have using been using Browns Automative for about 10 years, even though I have now moved out of the local area.

Happy with my service.I took my car for servicing here with an annoying knocking sound coming from underneath the body for more than couple of months. 2 other mechanic I tried before were not able to find the problem. R.W Brown automotive found the issue - it was problem with Sway Bar Link.

Had my car booked in for 2 weeks prior I had stated the issue on my bookingI brought my car in this morning only to be told he wouldn’t do the job and immediately pointed at another auto electrician up the road said go there and walked off and left me standing there and completely ignored meI had already paid for an Uber to work and I was just left there standing confused had to find parking on street and leave my car there. I definitely would not recommend this business
