There's this one very friendly employee, I think his name is Bert and he's the only reason I come into the store. I can tell he puts great care into his work and he always has such a friendly attitude even when I've visited in a rush.

I forgot what name was on the tag but I did see a manager badge on the lady who served me today and she could not have had a worse attitude. I felt like an inconvenience while ordering there was such a lack of customer service and positivity. I get that it's hard to look like you're having a good day while you might not be, especially whilst working but it didn't even look like she was trying. My wrap was poorly made. I got some extra ingredients that I didn't even ask for hidden at the bottom of the wrap. No customer service at all. She walked away before my card payment had even gone through, no bye see you later afterwards either like I get at every other subway. The 3.1 star rating makes sense.

I cannot contain my frustration! I visited this subway joint with high hopes of sinking my teeth into a perfectly toasted sub, only to discover that the toaster has been out of order... for ages! Can you believe it? This isn't some temporary glitch; it's a perpetual nightmare! I have nothing but sympathy for the hardworking staff, but whoever is running this place seriously needs a reality check. I mean, seriously, who in their right mind runs a subway without a working toaster? It's an absolute travesty! If you're craving that satisfying toasted goodness, I urge you to look elsewhere. This subway is a toasting disaster zone!

The employee serving me (Hope) made me the best sub I've ever had! I would recommend this store to anyone, the workers really know their craft :)

Anthony Dee. The service and food was good as most other stores. But I was then charged $8.95 for a 6inch pizza sub. I have never paid more than 6 dollars before for the same role. Even in the city. I think the owner is trying to make a fast buck.

Went and got my lunch today. Hope the Manager was making my food. She then had to go and get lettuce. She touched the freezer door then the till and came back and finished off my subway. I pulled her up on it. Then she came back and said I did change my gloves. I said not before u touched the till then touched my food you didn’t. Very unprofessional and arrogant

Can you please shut up and do your work chat after you finish your work? My partner is a bit rushed yesterday to come to pick me up, and the stuff who work at 01/02/23 3:30pm are super chatting with a lady, I know your mouth is busy, but your head is empty. Focus your job finish the order and chat with your customer after it. Your customer service should not only chatting with people and ignored the other customer.

I went her at 11:20am 02/06/2023, and was served by a lovely lad in Glasses. He was friendly and polite, and much like all of us I watched him make a sandwich for me, and about halfway through I concluded I was watching a sandwhich artist! Honestly, watching him make this perfect symetrical sandwhich was almost more satisfying as eating the blimmin thing! Almost, because the sub was still delicious! As someone who visits subway pretty often I gotta say, this is the best one in Brisbane Ive found so far!10/10 would go here again
