New Rainbow Nail

This is the most terrible nail salon I have ever gotten services at. Poor quality of work, staff is not experienced and don’t seem to know what they are doing. I got my nails done and asked if the matt finish would stay, the technician told me that yes I should get it done and that it will stay. The next day itself after washing my hands, the matt finish turned shiny. When I went back to show my nails and asked them if they can do anything about it, the lady very rudely and unprofessionally refused first that it was done at her store. Then she said she cannot do anything about it. They had charged me extra for the design which was completely gone in 2 days of getting the nails done. I paid $70 for the nails and it was not at all worth the money or the time. I didn’t expect much but the lady was arrogant and not apologetic at all. Very disappointing experience and i am never going back here. Not recommended.

I had Anna and she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind and made sure I was okay! She was friendly and made sure I was satisfied with the nail colour, length and design I had. I would definitely come here again. Thank you Anna!!

Avoid this place at all costs.The lady who gave me a pedicure was very rough when using tools, despite asking her to be gentle (which she rolled her eyes at), causing wounds around my nails.She spent all her time loudly speak to her colleagues, which personally doesn't bother me, but was looking in their direction and not paying attention to the job at hand.All in all, she was in a rush to complete the job despite me being one of three customers on a weekday afternoon, did a shoddy job and was rude and unprofessional.Spend your money elsewhere!

I went through a lot of reviews good and bad ones and finally decided to give New Rainbow Nails ago . I had a great experience , staff are really nice and know what they are doing .I had a pedicure and acrylic nails done .I’m really happy with my nails and pedicure.Thanks New Rainbow nails .

Such a great Nail Salon, went when pregnant and they made me feel so relaxed! Catered to my every need and made me feel so pampered! Would recommend this place to everyone!

I went to get my shellac removed. The person who removed my shellac didn’t seem like he had done this before. My nail beds have uneven dents in them from over buffing. Terrible service- stay away. I regret not seeing other reviews before going and my usual nail place was very busy. They couldn’t even shape my nails properly. Don’t bother going here

Everytime I go there the service is on point! My nails last 4 weeks and this place never disappoints!

They did an amazing job on my nails, making sure that I was happy at each step. Absolutely nailed what I wanted in terms of shape and the thickness of the sns too and Tina took her time to make sure the design was done well :)
