One of the best buying experiences I've ever had! I had to quickly find a last minute present for my fiance before our wedding and the team at Offe were absolutely amazing! I called the team on a Monday night to order, by Tuesday morning they had the piece packed and priority shipped from SA, Wednesday morning it was on my doorstep in Sydney and by Thursday afternoon it was on my beautiful bride. Couldn't be happier with the piece but it was the customer service that will absolutely have me coming back to these guys again and again. Thank you all so much for going above and beyond!!!

Sends rings away for resizing without common sense. No real jewelry experience. Just sale assistance. Took 4 weeks to get a ring back that couldn't be resized due to the diamond's on the shoulders!!A quick phone call to check with their branch in Gawler that has a jeweller that Spins to resize not put a piece in.
