Overall it is awesome hotel. Just minor improvements like curtains to be repaired, cleaning staff to check and restock properly all items, gym needs Aircon to work properly as it is suffocating for 4 ppl in it - reception did make Aircon to work but next day back to old set up...

It’s a good place to stay but not that great if you’re on a business trip. Maybe it was my room, but missing a desk, bigger room, sauna or swimming pool would be great. The gym having some windows rather than been indoor, the same for the rooms I like to open at least a bit a window to circulate fresh air

Lovely little hotel with well appointed rooms and helpful staff. Short walk to many great eateries around the river. The Cafe at the front tends to have very slow service and a very limited menu so I suggest eating out. Our last morning there was no hot water. Leave time for check out, which is also very slow.

Amazing conference rooms. Service was so kind and useful. And food was the best I ever had a conference location.

Dirty, neglected and over-priced.I stayed here for four nights for a work trip. On checking in late at night I was too tired to raise the fact the room was dirty. Not just the odd surface but mould in the bathroom, stains on the sheets, dust, marks on the walls.I told the staff the next day who moved me to a different room, which was better but still tired and had dust in the same place and mould issues in the bathroom. The staff were lovely, they deserve five stars. Couldn’t fault them. Ben and Maddie we’re both super helpful and friendly. As well as poor cleanliness, the hotel facilities are also poor. There is no desk in the room so if you need to do any work you’re restricted to the lobby. The internet also kept dropping out.The TV is dated and shows only terrestrial channels. The gym comprises a running machine a treadmill and a cable machine. There are no weights. The hotel has the feel of a tired hostel, not a $400 a night hotel.

I was able to score an early check-in at the hotel. The room was very clean, had an ample mini bar, and was quiet despite the fact that it was right beside the lift. It was also a great experience to have breakfast there as well.

Great proximity to Fortitude Valley and clean rooms but that is unfortunately the only positives from our stay. They provided a makeup mirror (bonus!) but the bathroom lighting was dim, the pillows were too high (as were the alternatives in the cupboard) but it was the paper thin walls that did it for us. When our neighbours came home at 2am we could hear every word of their conversation. Luck of the draw of course but we had a terrible sleep, which is disappointing given the cost. The bed also didn’t feel like a queen but I’m happy to stand corrected.

Average business hotel room. Room was very warm on arrival because air conditioning was dependent on using a keycard. On high the cooling made an annoying sound. The TV remote didn’t work and it took two interactions with reception to get a fix. No onsite meal options. On a positive note the room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.
