Absolutly terrible company very rude to customers and a lazy delivery company, we were told they do not deliver out to the beaches after 2pm to then us go and pick it up from there depo on our way home leaving cairns we find there courier travling behind us at trinity beach at 3.30, i would not use this company again as there are plenty of other competion in cairns who are polite and friendly and also actually deliver your product for you

Very easy to deal with! Cheap, reliable and prompt service. Items were packed safely and professionally! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Tried tracking down my parcels in which nobody was able to tell me where they were or when I would get them. P&M were able to tell me which parcels were where, when they had arrived and how to contact the right freight company! Thanks heaps guys!

Between 11:40am and 11:50am approx 23/08/2021. Was tailgated by a PM Courier truck following dangerously close travelling on the Captain Cook Highway headed for Port Douglas. Yeilded at a Slow vehicle turnout for this 'Professional Driver' only to witness him bullying another motorist in a white hatch for a few kilometers. White hatch yeilded shortly after. For most part the highway is an 80km/h zone into Port Douglas. Truck was literally gone from our feild of view within minutes. Cruise control was set at 82km/h. Only to find old mate with a brown beard, orange fluoro and dark shorts rushing to a public dunny as you just come into town. Couldn't quite make out the rego from a distance unfortunately. The rear of the truck was filthy.

Definitely avoid. not a local owner anymore , very rude and unprofessional. This poor service will not last in a small town . We found out the hard way please do your research before you open an account or spend money , the 5 star reviews are so dodgy and obviously not even from cairns I really should have checked before using them...

My partner got tailgated ( Isuzu 939 RVN) to which we and QPS now have footage of and then when my partner went to their depo he was verbal assaulted by the driver and staff members standing around and then after taking photos of the truck parked illegal on such a busy road I went to drive away and then the same driver that had verbal assaulted my partner then punched my vehicle leaving it with panel damage.
