An enjoyable experience shopping for a bed for my son. Friendly staff who helped me pick out a queen base and mattress within my price range and organised delivery to suit my shift working life style. I would recommend beds n dreams for anyone on the coast looking for a new bed

If I could give Catherine more stars I would, she deserves all the stars!!Buying a bed is an important quality of life decision. Catherine has provided my partner and I with outstanding service. We never felt pressured to make a rushed decision. Catherine provided me with great advice, and showed me enormous patience and understanding while I went back and forth weighing up the pros and cons of each option in my mind until I knew I had made the right purchase decision. We need more Catherine's in retail. Thank you, Catherine.

I Was there on the 27/12/20 with misses, looking for bedroom furniture, the range there is lovely but the staffs knowledge of there products was poor. I.e wanted to see at least a picture of a dresser draws we where interested in, to go with the bedside table and tallboy but she didn't even have measurements or a picture of it, and didn't seem to care to find outAlso the place was empty and we had to keep going over to there desk for help.P.s here a tip if ur empty and the only customers in establishment keep looking over at the staff it normally mean the want help.

Horrible experience! Brought a bed in April was told they had it in stock and was going to take 3 weeks. 4 months later and my bed still has not arrived! Giving birth in 2 weeks and was told it was still going to be a month away! Was given a bed base to borrow for the mean time and then delivery person refused to leave the bed base until I paid him $80 delivery fee and did not even install it! when I was told it was going to be free as I have waited 4 months for a bloody bed base! Never shopping here again. Every time I called i would be told the wait for the bed I brought would be longer! 37 weeks pregnant and how am I ment to install a bed base. Ridiculous!
