Recently had issues in my motor home with loss of power to house batteries. Thanks to Jason for taking the time to explain and help me to understand what was wrong and run some diagnostics. Happy to recommend this service.

I couldn't be happier about finding those guys. We arrived in Tasmania as backpackers in the main season with a broken alternator. Even if it was one day before Australia Day, they managed to fit us in on the same day. The communication was even through a language barrier on point. They discussed everything with us with great patience. The work was fast and the price was very satisfying.

I have recently had my motorhome changed to a lithium battery setup & extra solar panel. The guy’s (Mark) fitted the relevant chargers & battery. The work done was faultless very neat (Better than the original) & price was very good. I would recommend this business to anyone needing this type of work done thanks guys very happy.

In Launceston for Targa Tasmania, had an electrical issue with the car, popped early Tuesday morning, they squeezed me in and had me on the way in less than 15 minutes... Great people and can identify issues. Couldn't recommend them highly enough

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED !!These guys are racists, rude and an absolute rip offs , have no respect for their costumers, i wish i could give them no stars at all. I forgot to ask for a quote earlier (which he clearly took an advantage) because i had no bloody idea that he will charge triple the price just to do a small job, on which i politely asked for a little discount (if possible) , instead he could refused in a same manner, he chose to be disrespectful, started being rude and his staff were laughing on us. This is how you treat your costumers ? I am really disappointed by their costumer service and pricing and never going back there again and would never recommend to anyone else either.

A massive THANK YOU to the helpful team at Carswell Auto. They quickly diagnised and fixed broken wires in our electric brakes and adjusted all four brakes.Polite welcoming and highly professional.I would highly recommrnd this business

Please be aware this business had a lot of bad feedback but some good too. But I tried them out. 100% don’t risk going here.Had the car for two days and said it SHOULD be fine now but it was still being a problem. Rang them back to be told I’ll call you back but they never did.Had to go to the wreckers to get a part and they told me straight away what was wrong and fixed it. For a tenth of what I paid at this place. So please don’t use them.
